Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

Did you love your order? If not, see below for all the return details.

  • For merchandise returned within 7 days of the delivery date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price.
  • We'll gladly accept unused, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. Defective items may still be accepted.
  • Items that are opened or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.
  • All return item(s) must be shipped back to our business address.
  • Reusable & protective face masks, and personal wellness products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All Custom Made orders, and Fabric cut by yards orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Final Sale Policy: all sale items purchased at an extra 50% off, personalized items, and digital downloads are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Refund process & Restocking fee

  • Please email info@arcadia-designs.com to request refund approval and return instructions. 
  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for all returns unless you are processing an exchange of defective merchandise.
  • Please note all shipping fees are non-refundable. 
  • Most returns will process in approximately 1-2 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional delays may occur. 
  • A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately 1-3 business days after the processing date. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).
  • Returns and exchanges must be packed properly and sent via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL at the customer's expense. For a faster refund, your original order slip should correspond with the items in your package.

Exchanges

Please email to info@arcadia-designs.com to request approval of exchange and returning instructions. All exchanges must be packed properly and sent via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL at the customer's expense. For a faster refund, your original order slip should correspond with the items in your package.

We offer the exchange options with different condition that listed below.

  • Exchange your order for the Same Item in a different Size or Color.  No restocking fee to be charged.
  • Exchange your order for a Different Item(s).  A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for all returns unless you are processing an exchange of defective merchandise. Once you have finished the return process for the selected item(s), feel free to continue shopping and place a new order for any newly chosen products.
