Most in-stock items ship in following Monday or Friday from California US unless special request or vacation posted in the shop announcement. Some custom made orders may take up to 4 weeks to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or nationally observed US holidays.

Occasionally, items may be out of stock or back-ordered. You will be alerted in both instances. In the event of a back-order, we will provide an approximate date of shipment.

If an item is on back-order, you will be contacted via email regarding the availability date. In the event that a back-ordered item is part of your order, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. If you would like to cancel a back-ordered item, please email info@arcadia-designs.com. If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you will be notified via email and your method of payment will not be charged for the cancelled item.

We offer full refund for missing shipment only if the non-delivery had passed 20 business days (US domestic) and 6 weeks (International) from shipment date.

We offer full refund for damaged packages only if it shipped by Priority Mail / Express and it is eligible for claim with your report made within 3 days of receiving. Your damage report should include Order number, Tracking number, Damage Description and Photos to show all damaged parts.

Please leave a note when check out if the order to be shipped directly to others as gift, and we will include gift note upon request.

Returns & Exchanges

All merchandise may be returned within 7 days of the date of delivery by mail for either store credit, money refund, or exchange. All Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the item is in original condition and in original packaging.

All Custom Made Orders, Fabric Orders and Promotional Sales are final sales which cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds. While these items are not eligible for returns, we’re committed to you loving your custom made orders because we dedicated the design works and tailored material to your specific needs. Therefore we cannot process returns except in very limited circumstances. However, we want you to be fully satisfied on the purchases, we’re committed to doing our best to find a solution if something didn't meet your expectations.

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this website. However, colors you see may vary from the display on the monitors and we couldn't guarantee the accuracy. If a slight color discrepancy is not acceptable for your application, please order a sample swatch at here, otherwise all return, refund or exchange is not acceptable.

: : : REFUND PROCESS & RESTOCKING FEE : : :

20% Restocking fee to be charged for ALL returns/exchanges items. Full refund will be given for amount of purchase minus 20% restocking fee and shipping charges. Most returns will process in approximately 1-2 weeks. Additional delays may occur. A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the processing date. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Store Credits or Gift card purchases will be refunded in the form of store credits. Returns and exchanges must be properly packed and sent via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL at customer's expense.

All Custom Made Orders, Fabric Orders and Promotional Sales are final sales which cannot be returned for exchange. To make an exchange for all in-stock items in a different size or color, no restocking fee will be charged and you will responsible for the returning and reshipment cost. To make an exchange for a different item, you will responsible for the returning shipping cost and 20% restocking fee will be charged. An additional shipping fee will be applied to your new order.

We ask that you review your order carefully, as it cannot be modified once submitted. You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process, as well as an email that states your order number and an approximate order total. Please note no cancellation is accepted after the order shipped. If you need to cancel an in stock order, please email to Info@Arcadia-Designs.com with 2 days of purchasing. $25 cancellation fee may be retained if you request to cancel the order after 2 days. For all custom made or fabric orders, 50% cancellation fee will be retained from your refund once the order transaction completed.

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, PayPal, JCB, Shopify Pay in USD. Items will be charged to your selected method of payment when they ship. Please note that we are unable to process your order if we cannot obtain an authorization from your credit card company. You may wish to contact the issuing bank of your credit card regarding this matter, and then inform us of any additional information. We will keep your order on file for 48 hours before it will be cancelled. Please respond quickly; merchandise cannot be held for your order and may become unavailable.

Q: I'm looking for an extra long table runner / special shape tablecloth, is that something you can do?

A: Yes. Your custom made orders of any size and shape are welcomed. Q: Can I order customized Chiavari Chair covers for folding chair size?

Q: I need the order in rush, what's the soonest delivery date?

Q: I'm looking for the quantity more than the available in stock. Can I do pre-order and how long the processing time would take?

Q: Can I order a full set fabric swatch album or a specific color sample card?

A: Yes. Both fabric sample cards or full set swatch album are available. If you interested any specific sequin fabric colors, you may order a swatch that included up to 4 color per order for $5 (to US, $10 to international) at here. Multi orders are welcomed. Q: I received the item color doesn't match the list pictures shown, what can I do?

A: We are sorry to hear the discrepancy from the actual product color and your expectation. We hope you understand we always try our best to present the product color over the digital pictures and computer, however, the different monitor setting display the colors is uncertain, If a slight color discrepancy is not acceptable for your application, please order a sample swatch at here, otherwise all return, refund or exchange is not acceptable.

Q: What's the Tablecloth / Table Skirt / Runner size I should get for my tables?

A: Please measure the diameter or width, length and height of your tables, and then check the size guide at here .

Q: Do you sell floor stand for the backdrop curtain?

A: Backdrop stand is not available in our store. For the hanging setup ideas, you may consider to get a floor stand with top rod (e.g. http://ebay.to/1FgUhGM ). Our standard backdrop curtain is finished with a 4" full width rod pocket at top side and ribbons at both ends for easy hanging. For other option, you may install a wall mount curtain rod (e.g. http://bit.ly/1GG5ng0 ) or Removal Adhesive Hook (e.g. http://amzn.to/1QwVkhV ) when you plan to place it front of wall. Please let us know if any extra accessories, like button openings for hooks or else is necessary for your setup plan. The weight of a regular 8x8ft sequin curtain is around 8 lbs.

Q: The order didn't delivered on time and the event date was passed, what can I do?

A: Please contact your local post office with the provided tracking number to check the delivery status. If you don't receive the package in 3 weeks longer than the expected delivery date, please report missing package to Post Office in order to process the claim.

Q: The shipping tracking Marked as Delivered but Not Received. What can I do?

A: Please check all possible places the package would be delivered (mailbox, front door, etc), ask any members of their household and neighbors, wait a day or 2 (depending on how close the date of delivery was), and lastly inquire with their local post office. Kindly note that if you suspected any fraudulent act or mail theft, you are highly recommended to contact local police and file a police report seriously.
